Tweens & Teens Holiday Edition of Paws and Poses Yoga with the Animals | Youth Programming at ARLNH!

On December 12th from 5-6 PM, join us at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire (ARLNH) for a holiday themed special class for tweens and teens (ages 10-14) led by an instructor from Let's Play & Namaste. Join us on mats in your festive wear as we celebrate the season. This class is an adaption of our popular adult yoga class and includes interactions with the shelter's current resident pets awaiting adoption. In addition to this fun class, participants will get to experience a behind-the-scenes tour of the shelter and learn about ARLNH's role in the community. Don't worry if you don't have a mat – we'll provide one for you! Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite holiday shirt or sweater to add to the festivities!
